Who we are?
Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (BDNC) is a joint venture company between Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Berhad (BHIC) and Naval Group of France, a leading global defence contractor.
As the sole provider of submarine MRO services in Malaysia, BDNC is entrusted to provide In-Service Support and Refit services to RMN’s fleet of Prime Minister’s Class Scorpene submarines manufactured by Naval Group. Incorporated on 24 June 2009, BDNC is owned 60 percent by BHIC and 40 percent by Naval Group.
What we do?
As the sole provider of submarine Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services in Malaysia, BDNC is entrusted to provide In-Service Support and Refit services to RMN’s fleet of Prime Minister’s Class Scorpene submarines manufactured by Naval Group. As the trusted partner to the RMN Submarine Force since 2009, BDNC is the only company in Malaysia with more than 13 years of submarine MRO experiences. Throughout that years, we ensure the RMN goes to sea safely by supporting their submarines in Malaysia and around the world if needed.
