In recognizing the importance of helping a community in need, on 23 February 2023, Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (BDNC) volunteered to assist Sekolah Kebangsaan Rangalau Lama with the restoration of their fish pond. BDNC also donate four groups of fish of different species with an infographic to educate the students of Sekolah Kebangsaan Rangalau Lama.The species are Barbodes Sealei, Rasbora enthovenii, Rasbora rutteni, and Trichopodus trichopterus.
The restoration of the pond was inaugurated by BDNC’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr Feroz Razi Ramli. Also present were Madam Dolores Miki, the Headmaster of Sekolah Kebangsaan Rangalau Lama, Mr Cebestin Agu, the school’s Chairman of the Parent Teacher Association, teachers, parents and BDNC associates.
