Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (BDNC) on 30 December 2022 paid business zakat of RM100,000 for the year 2022 to Majlis Ugama Islam Sabah (MUIS).
The zakat was handed over to Ustaz Malai Ali Malai Ahmad, Timbalan Yang Di-Pertua MUIS by Mr Zulkifli Abdullah, Chief Operations Officer of BDNC at a ceremony held at BDNC’s office in RMN Base Kota Kinabalu.
The business zakat to MUIS will go towards providing assistance to aid the asnaf and other eligible zakat recipients in Sabah.
