Earlier today, 20 July 2022, Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (BDNC) made a courtesy visit to Fakulti Sains Dan Sumber Alam (FSSA), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS).
The visit provided both parties with the opportunity to discuss the possibility of BDNC and FSSA/UMS collaborating on talent development, knowledge exchange, research and development (R&D) and more, particularly in the niche areas related to the submarine MRO.
The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Jualang Azlan Gansau, the Dean of FSSA. Also in attendance are Prof. Madya Ts. Dr. Chee Fuei Pien, Deputy Dean (Student Affairs & Alumni) and Prof. Madya Ts. Gs. Dr. Rodeano Roslee PGeol, Deputy Dean (Research & Innovation).
BDNC team was led by Mr Feroz Razi Ramli, the Chief Executive Officer of BDNC together with Mr Azhanorhisam Che Din (Head of Commercial & Corporate Affairs), Ir Chan Ling Ket (Head of Maintenance Authority & Engineering), Mr Mohd Fairuz Mat Isa (Transfer of Technology Manager) and Ms Kasmah Kassim (Performance Executive).
