With the motto “A Good Leader Never Stops Learning” on 6 July 2022, Boustead DCNS Naval Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (BDNC) organized “Everyone Communicate, Few Connect” Workshop. Attended by 27 BDNC associates including the Executive Committee (EXCOM), head of departments, managers and fellow executives, this one-day workshop was held at Nexus Resort and Spa Karambunai.
Conducted by Coach Jasmine Leong, a certified trainer by the John Maxwell Team, the workshop cover topics such as communication and leadership skills, with all participants involves in a variety of interactive activity, a temperament session on individual strengths and weaknesses, and even performing a short scene that helps them learn about the importance of tone, body language and intention when communicating.
BDNC’s main goals in organizing this workshop are for the participants, especially the leader, to have better communication and understanding between them as well as to improve their negotiation and presentation skills. Also, to grow and develop their influence as leaders in any situation.
BDNC would like to thank all the participants and we are looking forward to completing the remaining sessions with Coach Jasmine and are hoping that the participants further equip themselves to lead, engage, and inspire a high-performing team.
